OMIG has expanded its machinery range, with a new vertical turning center<\/strong> “FAMAR<\/a>“, which will form an automatic island together with the vertical lapping machine<\/strong> SUNNEN <\/a>having ABB interlock.<\/p>\n

This new item confirms the focus that OMIG puts on innovation<\/strong> and newest technoogy<\/strong>:\u00a0 it will enable the hard turning of all planet gears and presents the following features:<\/p>\n

  2. Max chuck diameter 220 mm.;<\/li>\n
  3. Max turning diameter 150 mm.;<\/li>\n

  5. Main electrospindle nominal power 19 kW to the max. rotation speed (6500 rpm)<\/li>\n
  6. Max torque: 198 Nm<\/li>\n
  7. High precision Autoblock spindle TS-RM<\/li>\n
  8. High pressure lubrication system 20 Bar<\/li>\n
  9. 100% parallelism control (PEL)<\/li>\n
