The title of this article is a priority for the company management, for all the responsibility and leadership figures of the organization.<\/p>\n
In order to make the activities of the various departments even more efficient, the board of directors decided to start a training class for those managers who daily organize their collaborators.<\/p>\n
OMIG entrusted the training course to a professional having several years of experience in the management of human resources, organization and training \u2013 Dr. Stefania Sala, which explains the goals of the tutorial as follows:<\/p>\n
\u201cThe new challenge of the organizations is to be able of acting on all the motivational levers, with different responses, whose attention however is always the same:<\/p>\n
Let\u2019s put the person in our focus and, as always the change starts from the management: in order to be a successful company we need to have a management able to understand how important is to motivate its coworkers, a management focused on leadership more than authority.<\/p>\n
Soon after the end of the course, we have asked the participants to leave feedbacks and impressions, because it is absolutely important to understand if the training activities have been useful and applicable to the daily undertakings.<\/p>\n
All the partakers agree that the course has been really interesting, even because many examples of other companies have been reported to the staff, some of them applicable to OMIG, which gave participants several insights on how to move in our reality.<\/p>\n
Everyone points out that the comparison of the different point of views and the discussion with colleagues brought out the daily problems, for which we have tried, TOGETHER, to find a solution; one of the most important ideas given to the participants was to have a short \u2013 and a long-term goal to optimize their department. Even the direct question \u201cdo you believe that what you are doing, is the best way to do it?\u201d has been a great consideration to understand that not always what you plan to do is still the best way to do it.<\/p>\n
Moreover managers report a positive climate on the debated issues and confirm their great worth: it is very useful to force ourselves to think outside the schemes, to make treasures of every suggestion and remarks of the colleagues, because they can be valuable ideas of improvement.<\/p>\n
At last the participants found the course so helpful, to suggest the Management to expand this type of classes even to all the other colleagues, so that the working method can be as similar as possible.<\/p>\n
